A.R.C.H. — Starter Operations is now available.

When I released A.R.C.H. — Core Operations, I wanted to provide a concise introduction to the setting and the investigative style at its heart.

Starter Operations is the next step.

This collection brings together four missions designed to showcase the full range of mission types that I eventually settled on for A.R.C.H.

Each mission presents a different kind of historical disruption and a different investigative challenge. Together, they give groups a broader introduction to the kinds of situations that Time Line Protectors can encounter.

One of the missions, the Pisa Tower case, was previously included in Core Operations. It is included here again as part of the collection’s coverage of the four core mission types.

Like Core Operations, Starter Operations is system-neutral. The missions are designed at a level that allows GMs to adapt them to the RPG system they already know and the style of play at their table.

What’s Inside

  • Four A.R.C.H. missions covering the setting’s four core mission types
  • A range of historical anomalies to investigate
  • Different investigative situations and challenges
  • Missions designed to support different approaches by the players

Starter Operations is intended to give groups a broader experience of what A.R.C.H. can offer after the introduction provided by Core Operations.

If you’ve already played Core Operations, these missions provide an opportunity to explore the other ways an A.R.C.H. investigation can unfold.

If you haven’t tried A.R.C.H. yet, Core Operations remains the best place to start.

Available Now
